Marooned

I’ve worked it out atau I know what's happened I've been marooned Just like Robinson Crusoe I can't remember a shipwreck But I do remember the storm When the whole world went dark And I felt like a tiny object Tossed and thrown around finally into oblivion. Yes that's it a huge storm It's quite calm now A lot of the time, Although there are some pretty big gusts now and then The only problem I'm on my own I can see all the others Safe, together I've jumped around shouting Waving-haven't tried fires yet. They've waved back-calling: Even sent small crafts to rescue me They never quite made it. Well I guess i just have to do it on my own What made my mind up? Well, there's no man Friday is there? Come to that No Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday either. Only joking Truth is I want to be a part of life again. Maybe make a difference. I know there is one who expects it of me, and I won't disappoint him.
